In light of the recent rain and weather, I found my roof to be leaking yesterday. I messaged Matt yesterday afternoon and he had a crew at my house at 1:30 today!! They got my roof fixed pretty quickly! Thank again guys!

We can not even begin to give enough accolades to Matt at Red Umbrella roofing. We are selling our home and the inspection found a small leak in the roof. We were on a tight time frame to get it fixed before our contract ran out. Matt was amazing! He sent Sebastian, who was great as well, within 15 minutes of our call. They found the issue and fixed it all within an hour of our first call to him. UNBELIEVABLE!!! WAIT THOUGH ..... that's not all! Sebastian left without asking for payment. We called Matt to ask what we owed and he said ... "Nothing It wasn't that big of a job." Who does that!!?? We were in such a bind to get this done quickly and he not only took care of it that quickly for us but didn't even charge us!! Now please realize, as we do, that he can not have a business without charging for his services.... But also know that he will do what he can to help you and be more than fair about it!BTW.. we called a couple of roofers before we got to his number and none of them would come out before the end of the week NEXT week. We did not know Matt or his company before today. But if anyone ever asks for recommendations you better believe we will be telling them RED UMBRELLA ROOFING! In a world where customer service is almost NIL wherever you go… A business ran like this deserves everyone’s business.Thank you again Matt!
